“She’s super sweet,” the insider says. “They were super nice. Very, very nice. She tipped really, really well.”
The source adds that the star’s reservation was not booked under her name, but she still turned heads, as a “bunch of little girls” lined up outside the restaurant upon hearing Whoopi was there to eat.
“When it’s that level [of fame], you can’t even name-drop or say, ‘It’s gonna be her,’ because it would’ve been mayhem,” the source says.
