Prince Harry and Meghan Markle flew back to the US just hours before it was revealed that their Archewell charity had been issued with a delinquency notice.

The couple boarded an 18-hour flight from Nigeria to the US that arrived at Los Angeles International Airport’s ‘Private Suites’ facility.
Harry and Meghan landed in LA just hours before Californian authorities confirmed the delinquency notice.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had been warned that their Archewell Foundation could be subject to fines or suspended from the charity register.
The “delinquency notice”, which was sent by California’s attorney general on May 3, suggested Archewell did not pay its 2022 tax return or related fees before the deadline.
Meghan and Harry’s organisation filed the relevant documents on time and received an acknowledgment of receipt, according to the Telegraph.
Sources told the publication that the delinquency notice was issued because the cheque was not processed by the Attorney General’s office.
