Cardi B has once again filed for divorce from Offset, her rep has confirmed to Billboard. The news, originally reported by Page Six, comes after seven years of marriage between the two hip-hop titans.

The “WAP” artist reportedly filed on Wednesday, requesting primary custody of their 5-year-old daughter Kulture and 2-year-old son Wave. According to Cardi’s rep, the divorce filing “is not based on any one particular incident, it has been a long time coming and is amicable.

She posted pictures of herself showing off her baby bump in a red gown on a rooftop.

“With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!” she wrote.

“I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!” Cardi added.

A Page Six source claimed that Cardi and Offset have had issues beyond the latest rumors of Offset’s infidelity.

“They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else,” said the insider. “This is something she wants to do.”
