The NFL Draft had a big impact on 2024 fantasy football dynasty rankings, to say the least. Let’s dive right in.

I always recommend not getting too hung up in the “Overall” list — while you’re drafting, how you’re constructing your team will regularly break ties or have you pivoting. Also, I lean a bit heavier toward quarterbacks — even in 1QB leagues — as I believe there is value in having the position “locked down” in dynasty.

I’m a bit more aggressive in downgrading aging vets. Yes, a 30-year-old can still have several quality seasons left, but part of the issue is your trade window. As soon as the downturn starts, the trade value plummets exponentially (ex: we’re now in an area where Stefon Diggs is a potential buy low… and that’s just potentially). 

Mostly ignore the ECR stuff — it stands for Expert Consensus Ranking, and many “expert” rankers don’t regularly update theirs, which will skew the ranks. I just don’t have the ability to delete that column from the widget.
